Day on A Plate with fitness influencer Paige Hathaway

You know those women with washboard abs, buns of steel, and thighs so toned you swear you can see them rippling as they walk? That’s Paige Hathaway – the fitness influencer with over 4.1+ million followers on Instagram and an overall social media influence of over 10 million.

The global ambassador for F45 (the popular gyms that host 45 minute functional high-intensity group training sessions), Paige’s dedication to both her exercise and diet are to thank for her extraordinary physique.

To get an insight into just what it takes to get a body like hers, we tracked Paige down to talk us through her typical Day on A Plate and fitness regime.

7:30am
Wake up and have a shot of apple cider vinegar and double shot of espresso (separately). Then I usually have 1/2 a grapefruit and pack up a water bottle full of BCAAS (branched-chain amino acids) before heading to a F45 gym session.

9:00am
Breakfast:
My breakfast is usually high protein and a clean carb!!

Go-to Option 1: 5 eggs (4 whites, 1 yolk) with 2 slices of gluten-free bread and sugar free jam.

Go-to Option 2: Protein oats: Soak overnight (cup of oats, almond milk, 1 scoop of plant protein powder), top with maple or raw honey, peanut butter, almonds and crunchy granola.

12:00pm
Snack:
Chia pudding or fruit.

1.30pm
Lunch:
Always high protein, carbs and fats!

Go-to Option 1: Baked white fish with capers, olives, tomatoes, rice and mixed veggies.

Go-to Option 2: Spicy bread-crumbed oven-baked fish with homemade sweet potatoes fries and sautéed spinach.

4:00pm
Snack:
Go-to Option 1: Protein bar or protein shake.

Go-to Option 2: 2x rice cakes with hummus, tomato, cucumber and shrimp.

6:00pm
Weight-lifting session.

7.30pm
Dinner:
High protein and healthy fat!

Go-to Option 1: Salmon salad with goats cheese, carrot, cucumber and baby tomatoes and a light dressing.

Go-to Option 2: Ahi Tuna with bok Choy, cucumbers, tomatoes and avocados.

Dessert:
Halo Top!!! I’m obsessed with Halo Top at the moment. Or I’ll have a healthy treat by Thr1ve – either a power pancake or raw treat.

10:00pm
Bed time. I love to have a chamomile tea just before hopping into bed.
