There are a lot of different ways to do flatlays. You’ve got the neatly arranged product flatlays with everything in order and shot on a clean background, stylised flatlays that use props such as flowers or a unique background to make the product pop, and then there’s the flatlays that look like product has just been dumped there in no specific order (although we just know they probably spent the best part of an hour trying to get a flawless effortless-looking shot).
